Fellow ship event, our own tournament, target to get 40 golfers with sum

12. Marketing and Project Plan
Basic start Up draft plan,
we can build the project from here, by involving all golfers in the club as committee members and assign various duties on the project, the rest of the members could be assigned as volunteers on operations and other duties. So that all members are involved, engage and create bonding and fellowship.
Target One Tournament sponsor- $ 1500 (1st right of refusal – our member)
Collect as many giveaways for bags
Invite all Businesses, Friends and acquaintances for sponsors and golfers
Invites 7070 clubs, District Officers
Invite all golfers in the past who joined us
Let’s build the project and make it happens by our own means, even if we do not make money, at least we create a memorable fellow ship event for the club and in future this may grow into our one of the main fund-raising event.

Just for having fellowship Golf tournament, not considering to build this as our future Fundraising event. This is more like an iron course.
Of course there is no comparison with RHGC, as its more prestigious.
