1 Boys and Girls Club Golf Tournament Corrie, Luke, Rachel, Andrew, Rick, Ashley

2 Mission Statement  The Boys and Girls Club of Miami Beach provides year round youth and family services, programs and activities to all ages and backgrounds. All programs focus on developing strong character and leadership skills in a safe environment by well trained and professional staff at a facility built by the community for the community. All the proceeds from this golf tournament will go to this non profit organization to further provide financial assistance to the children in the area.

3 Registration Information   $400 Foursome   $150 Per Player   Cost includes Green Fees, Cart, Range Balls, Olive Garden Dinner, Tee Prizes, and Awards

4 Research Analysis  This will be at Miami Beach Golf Course in Miami Florida on April 30 th.

5 Consumer  Miami locals  Those who want to contribute to their local boys and girls club.  Wealthy  Target the Miami locals who are financially able to donate and support the golf tournament.  Middle Aged male and female  Most of the golfers in Miami are middle aged males and females.

6 Competition  We chose a weekend for our tournament that competition would not exist to get better attendance.  In a 50 mile radius we have the best golf course out of 10 other courses close in location.  No other tournament was having a charity event that could compete with our golf tournament.

7 Company  This is a charity event. The sole purpose is to raise money for the Boys and Girls Club of Miami.

9 Segmentation  Target Market  Tourists and locals, Middle to Upper class, Middle aged male and females, People who support the cause and charity  Targeting and Positioning  We will reach our Target Market through a local radio station, and more importantly word of mouth. The reason we set the price moderately high is because there will be a catered meal and drinks by Olive Garden. Also, the standard of living and cost to live in Miami is high and it is a charity event.

10 Product  Provide a fun and organized golf tournament to raise money for the Boys and Girls Club of Miami.  Also provides people with a meal and other fun events throughout the day.

11 Price  $150 per person  $400 per team  $10 per mulligan (Limit to 2 per person)  $25 a hole to hit from red tees (Whole team)  Our price was set at this because of the standard of living in Miami, and to make a good profit for the Boys and Girls Club.

12 Place  Miami Beach Golf Course  Located next to the beach  Great atmosphere  Beautiful course

13 Promotion  Flyers  Local Radio Stations  Word of mouth in Miami  First 5 teams to sign up receive a $20 gift certificate to Olive Garden.

14 Sponsorship (Main)   Our main sponsorship is going to be from Olive Garden. They will be providing a formal dinner along with a open bar.
