7 NF Assessment Program Status
Proposed notice published June 6, 2015. Public comment period ended July 6, 2015. Waiver submitted to CMS June 4, 2015; Approval pending. Governor’s Letter will be submitted after CMS waiver approval. CMS approval of County MDOI SPA. Final notice published after all approvals are received.

8 County NF CPE/IGT Update
Certified Public Expenditures (CPE) & Intergovernmental Transfers (IGT) The state is considering moving from the current CPE Program to an IGT Program to provide increased financial support to county NFs enrolled in the MA Program. Currently, DHS is waiting on comments and letters of interest from the counties.

9 MLTSS Update Release summary document of themes from public comments received. Ongoing monthly update webinars as the project progresses. Release of proposed service requirements in MCO contracts via RFI – Mid August. Will include public review and comment period Release of CMS Authorities Concept Paper – Sept.
