5. The photos show the areas of deterioration with cracked existing glass, window closures that are not completely sealing to the main frames and metal frames that will need substantial sand blasting without damaging the glass and then prep for primer and paint.

8. The photo shows the south facing side (primary façade) of the building in The windows character defining features of shape and size still exist. Some design elements of the vertical windows have slightly changed but the character is still intact.
