Pasadena Municipal Code Amendments to Add Desiderio Park as Dedicated Parkland

2. Desiderio Park-Recommendation
Acknowledge that the recommended changes to Titles 3 and 4 of the Pasadena Municipal Code are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4); and
Direct the City Attorney to prepare an ordinance within 60 days that will amend Chapter of the Pasadena Municipal Code to add Desiderio Park to list of dedicated parklands and Chapter to add Desiderio Park as a neighborhood park as depicted in Exhibit 1.

This map shows in gray the part of the site that will be used by the City of Pasadena as parkland (3.976 acres) and in red the portion to be used by Habitat for Humanity (1.194 acres)
