7 Area 1 (The Turnstones) This work area is split into three phases to accommodate the arrangements agreed with the residents of the existing bungalows

8 The Turnstones - Phase 1 Programme Hoarding & Site Set-up March 2018
3 Bungalows Start September 2018 3 Bungalows Completion June 2019 This phase will include the construction of the first three bungalows on York Way (Houses A1 to A3).

9 The Turnstones – Phase 2 (Demolition)
Once the first 3 bungalows are complete and residents are settled in to their new homes The existing bungalows on York Way and 1 Turnstones will be demolished

10 The Turnstones – Phase 2 (Construction)
Construction of the bungalows A4 to A9 on York Way. Programme Start – June 2019 Completion - July 2020

11 The Turnstones – Phase 3 (Demolition)
Once the nine new bungalows on York Way are complete The remaining residents from the Turnstones can move into their new homes This will then allow us to complete the demolition of the remaining bungalows on The Turnstones

12 The Turnstones – Phase 3 (Construction)
Phase 3 will include the construction of the remaining houses and landscaping works to green Programme Start - July 2020 Completion – December 2021

Maple/Peartree Carpark Utility Diversions Block E2 & E3 Block F1 & F2 Block G Programme Start – March 2018 Completion - March 2020

19 Maple Court & Peartree Court Carpark Refurbishment
These works have been programmed early to provide additional carparking for residents during the construction works New Carpark Layout Parking & New Bin Stores Programme Start – 29th March 2018 Completion 29th May 2018 Existing Car Park Demolition Plan

20 Maple Court & Peartree Court Site Set
Heras fencing panels will be erected with debris netting. Existing access to Maple & Peartree Courts will be maintained during the works. The last operation to be carried out will be to resurface the footpath around the perimeter of the carpark To complete these works we will need to ask residents to access their building from the other block entrance door for 2-days

21 Demolition Works – Garages Adjacent to Foxtree & Coldharbour House and Maple Court
Demolition of these garages will commence in July 2018

22 Utility Diversion Works – York Way
The green hatched areas indicate the areas where we will need to carry out utility service diversion works in York Way/ Meriden Services to be diverted include Gas, Water & Electricity Virgin Media / Cable TV British Telecom Drainage We are currently programming these works with the various utility companies Anticipated Programme (subject to confirmation with utility companies) Start – May 2018 Completion - September 2018
