Do now: get a chromebook and open 1) your annotated bibliographies and 2) turnitin.com

As soon as you have turned in your annotated bibliography, open your letter.

4 When to use in-text citations
Big rule: whatever information does not come from you. You quote an article: Like Jones claims in his CNN article, “Such laws would help incentivise more young people to work” (Jones). You summarize an article or a part of an article: Jones claims that laws like the ones proposed by the state legislature would make young people want to work (Jones). You need these every time or it will be considered plagiarism, and you will receive a 0 on your project.
