2. Nature reserve “Dolina Kłodawy” was created to protect unique forest vegetation in ravined section of Klodawa river and eminence's oak-hornbeam woods.

3. In this nature reserve Area borders with: there are various forest types:
- with another forest and agricultural groud in proportion 1:3 from the north.
- with education center „Osada pod Turem”
- with other forest and forester's lodge from the south
- with route 222 from the west
- with Klodawa from the east
Subatlantic hornbeam-oak forest
Lowland ash and alder riparian forest
Common elm and ashen riparian forest

4. Reserve area was used economically in the past, so we can see changes in tree stand and underbrush today: - simplfied age structure - excessive share light seed types of plants (birch) - presence of species that are seldom found in this region (northern red oak)

13. “Dolina Kłodawy” is a special place for us, because it's only one type of wildlife conservation in form of nature reserve in our commune. It's worth to say that “Dolina Kłodawy” is encompassed by „Natura 2000” programme.
Our reserve has 10,7 ha, and it's spreading from road between Pruszcz Gdański and Trąbki Wielkie, almost to Klodawa villige.
