2 Evaluating your stories:
Look back through ALL the sessions and note down any of the techniques you have learnt in-order to make your writing more effective. Have you followed the professional conventions of journalism, copywriting, fiction or poetry such as word choice, syntax, active vs passive, attention grabbing headlines, top 25 words, the hook, structure, figurative language (metaphor, simile, extended metaphor. Personification), imagery, tone (with a semantic field), theme, genre, appropriate language for target audience, characterisation, setting (show comparison between yours and professionally work) and SHOW don’t TELL. Have you recrafted your work using these skills and techniques as a guide. How has this altered, effected your writing: word choice, sentence structure, characterisation, tone, structure, theme and message plus anything else. Please do not say No! Even if it has forced you to read through your work and check you must reflect and record the process.

3 Impact of reading/listening on your work
Which texts, published work or other influences have helped you in the process of your writing. Pick from: Genre texts, short stories, travel writing, fashion and music articles, podcasts, radio programmes, historical pieces (fiction and non-fiction). Anything else that has influenced, inspired and impacted on your ideas, aims and developments of your ideas. How has it altered your thinking, your ideas and ultimately your writing.
