Clearly communicate how to find resources and the process for engaging with various offices.
Provide centralized and holistic support services (example: resources that address academic, financial, and career-prep needs).
Give students flexible options to balance their academic and personal priorities (examples: adjusted office hours; aligning course schedules with transportation schedules).
