Create a new slide then choose an appropriate layout to match the focus area throughout your presentation.

4. Adding footers and page numbers
Choose Header & Footer from the Insert Ribbon.
Make sure Slide number and Footer are ticked.
Add the name of the document and the version number (if required) in the text field.
Click Apply to All.

5. Title pages Always keep the heading text within the cube element.
If the heading crosses into another element then move the text onto a new line with a soft- enter (shift-return) or consider re-writing the heading to shorten it and utilize the sub heading text if needed.
Or change the colour of the top right element in the master slide
