Coach to Cardiff.
Students will need a packed lunch.

4. Return Fixture against Llantwit (14.00 KO)
Coach from Llantwit RFC to Ridgeway Academy, estimated journey 2 ½ hours journey. ETA 19.30

6. Morning of departure
Pupils should arrive 45 minutes before confirmed departure time (currently 8am)
This will allow for any medication to be handed to myself or Mr Clarkson etc.
Pupils can carry their own medication, staff can’t issue pupils with medication.

Travel sickness tablets must be taken in plenty of time
Bring a packed lunch for the first day.
Valuables such as, mobile phones, tablet’s, speakers etc are the students responsibility at all times
Parents are welcome to come and wave students off at 8am.

9. Groupings 18 pupils, 2 adults
Although myself and Mr Worton will assign ourselves 9 pupils each for ease of head counts etc, we will remain as a whole group throughout the trip.

10. Parents support
We welcome the support from any travelling family members
It is important for pupils to know that during the trip, the safety and welfare of the pupils will be the responsibility of the members of staff.

11. Itinerary 21st April Travel arrangement as previously mentioned
After checking in, we will be attending an indoor surfing excursion after we will make our journey to a local restaurant for our evening meal.
We will return to the hotel for a relaxing evening ahead of a busy following day.

Travel to second fixture vs Llantwit RFC KO
Return to Ridgeway Academy ETA 19.30

14. Dormitories Pupils assigned rooms of 2. (Which they chose)
Each room has an ensuite
Pupils to remain in their own rooms (locked) and are to only open the door to myself or Mr Clarkson
Pupils will be made aware of our location at all times

15. Fixtures Saturday 22nd April vs Penarth RFC 10.30 KO
Sunday 23rd April vs Llantwit RFC KO
Emphasis on enjoyment, equal playing time for all players

Money for drinks/souvenirs etc.

Burleigh Travel (ATOL protected, ABTA registered). Well established and experienced in delivering sports tours
Ridgeway Risk Assessment – pupils will be briefed on the morning of each day and before all activities
Worcestershire Local Authority informed of the trip
We will carry all parents contact details at all times, school mobile number given to all parents for emergency use only
