Wide array of sports, especially cricket and rugby. Smile covers over 70 destinations. Relationship with the school over the past two senior tours. ATOL registered

4 Objectives of the tour. A reward for the last 3 and a half years.
An insight into what’s like to travel in a sports team in a competitive environment. Motivate and enlighten pupil’s regarding Campion’s rich history of touring Experience other cultures

5 Expectations leading up to tour.
Behaviour is expected to be excellent Academic progress Commitment to the rugby programme Tuesday training after school Saturday fixtures Contribution to fund raising-raffle tickets

6 RFU Grand Raffle We receive 90% of the ticket cost
£50 tickets sold £45 This money will fund their tour tracksuit Deadline

7 Sponsorship / Donations
Any Company, Partnership or Sole Trader business willing to sponsor a particular item of kit. Logo prominently displayed on the tour tracksuit top or bottoms. Sponsorship of tour rugby balls. There may be Companies, Partnerships or Sole Traders who do not wish to add their name to the sponsorship but would be willing to make a contribution. Donations of £50, £100 or £200

Located in Bray town 30 minutes from Dublin

9 Itinerary for the weekend.
Depart Thursday 30th March Leave Campion at 5:45am 09:20 flight London Gatwick to Dublin 13:00 Arrive The Royal Hotel 15:30 Transfer to Donnybrook for training 17:00 Training at Donnybrook with Leinster RFC 19:00 Transfer to hotel

10 Itinerary for the weekend.
Friday 31th March Breakfast at 8am After breakfast, morning at leisure. 13:00 Transfer to Castleknock college. 15:00 Fixture Hospitality after the game 17:30 transfer back to hotel Evening at leisure

Saturday 1st April Breakfast at 8am After breakfast at the hotel 09:15 Transfer to Dublin city centre. 10:30 Aviva Stadium Tour 11:45 Meet local guide for a walking tour of Dublin 12:45 Free time in Dublin 16:00 Return transfer to hotel. 18:00 Walk to Bray Bowling 20:00 Return to hotel.

Sunday 2nd April Breakfast at 8am 10:00 Transfer to Navan RFC 12:00 Navan RFC After game hospitality 14:00 Return transfer to hotel. 16:00 Transfer to Dublin airport 19:00 Depart from Dublin to London Gatwick 22:00 Arrive back Campion

13 15kg weight limit What to pack? Travel and return in tour tracksuit
Full school uniform to wear to matches. Full rugby kit Smaller bag (ruck sack) Training kit for training session Towel x2 Boots and Gum shield (essential). Casual clothing for evenings. General Toiletries. 15kg weight limit

14 Behaviour / Health & Safety
Never go anywhere alone and don’t leave other students on their own. Minimum groups of 4. Listen to instructions carefully. Always meet at the set time and place. Be polite and sensible at all times. Look after your belongings. Behave sensibly and act maturely when walking around the hotel. Pupils will be sent home in extreme circumstances. Remember you are representing the school at all times! Always be 5 mins early and never be late-it will cost you €1 per minute

15 Money Euros: at parents’ discretion for amount (need to pay for about 5 meals as well as drinks, snacks, souvenirs, etc…) Suggested £60 – 80 worth of euros. The boys WILL be responsible for their own money.
