4 Pen Tool reminder Select the layer you would like to work on Select the pen tool (see hand out) Click points around the object you want to cut out. Hold down the mouse to drag curves Go right the way around the object until you reach the first anchor point (a little circle will appear to close the path) Hold down the pen tool button and more tool options will appear. Select the convert tool (little arrow) You can now alter the curves or move the anchor points for more accuracy At the top of the screen on the let there will be a dropdown box with 2 options (shape or path). Select path Just to the right next to make: click selection This creates a dashed flashing outline (meaning it has been selected) You can now cut/paste/copy or manipulate the area that has been selected

Access Moodle to download two or three famous portrait photographs. Using all of the skills from the previous session you are to manipulate the photographs to create a new face almost like a police photo fit. Be creative and don’t forget to add text. + =
