We use machines mainly from Turkey and Germany
Our dyeing machines are geared towards producing the finest quality dyed fabric on the market that develops a tangibly unique appearance and feel. In our dyeing facility we have an automatic dispensing machine that uses pre-coded formulae to mix the required amount of dyes and chemicals with surgical levels of precision and accuracy, which can only be feasible through automated means. Since we have eliminated human error in this mixing phase, this enables us to achieve hitherto unimaginable levels of quality in the more technical fabrics such as cotton elastane, viscose elastane etc.
While dealing with elastane fabrics, in order to produce Divine levels of quality, and ensure that the flexibility and elasticity of the fabric is always present, and that upon release after stretching, the fabric will always return back to its exact original state, it is necessary to mix chemicals using ratios that allow for very little variation. Mixing at such levels of accuracy can only be achieved through automated means which is available to us in the form of our auto-dispensing machine.
This machine also allows us to apply more sophisticated characteristics to the fabric, such as;

The machines and performance of our Finishing section are not only an example of the heights of quality that we achieve here at Divine, but they also stand testament to the fruits of a detail-oriented perfectionist production system. Here is an example:
The generally accepted method to remove the hairiness from a fabric is to subject it to an enzyme wash, which essentially eats away all the loose cotton fibers and leaves behind a smooth finish and feel for the fabric. However, for more technical fabrics that include a greater mix of colored fibres or yarn this poses a problem.
Basically for fabrics such as cotton mélange, yarn dyed fabric and viscose this enzyme wash may cause bleeding of the darker color on to the lighter color. In the case of yarn dyed fabrics it ruins the look of the engineered stripes and in the case of the cotton mélange it subverts the contrast of the mélange effect as the darker dye bleeds into the lighter colored fibres. This essentially defeats the entire point of a mélange fabric.
Therefore in the case of mélange or yarn dyed fabrics we use a different method for removing hairiness. This is called singeing. Essentially this singeing machine burns of the loose, excess fibres and in effect removes the hairiness of the fabric, without allowing the darker dye to bleed into the lighter colored yarn or fibre. This controls the hairiness of the fabric but leaves behind a well-contrasted, clean look of the fabric that makes it easily stand out in a line-up against other fabrics.
Essentially it is this attention to detail and modern, constantly-updated machinery that makes Divine Fabric what it is. We believe that it is such levels of quality achieve in fabric that makes Divine products a “hot sell” every time on every shelf in every store.

We have a state-of-the-art laboratory that allows us to conduct in-house testing of all our dyes, chemicals and fabrics for dangerous chemicals and controlled substances
This laboratory makes sure that we deliver consistent and measurable levels of quality to our customer every time.
Our laboratory facility has already received accreditation from Bangladesh Accreditation Board, and one of our buyers (Lindex) has already approved this lab to conduct self-testing and in-house quality control. Here we can officially run the products we make for you through this facility and guarantee our product at a scientific, measurable and tangible manner.
