Insert Audio From a File
On the Insert Ribbon, Media Group, click Audio, select “Audio on my PC”
Browse to the location where you stored projects, and select the Technology.MP3 file
Rewind a Video or Audio After Playing
Select the speaker icon and on the Payback Ribbon, check Hide During Show
Check Rewind After Playing
Apply an Audio Style
While the icon is still selected, on the Format Ribbon, experiment with the Styles Gallery

2. Picture with Caption Layout
NOTE:
To change images on this slide, select a picture and delete it. Then click the Insert Picture icon
in the placeholder to insert your own image.

Change the Brightness and Contract, or the Sharpness or Softness of a Picture
Click to select the picture
On the Format Ribbon, Adjust Group, click the Corrections Button
Explore the preset options for Sharpness or softness, and brightness and contrast, and the Picture Correction Options Task Pane

Right-click the picture and select Change Picture
In the Bing Image search box, search for Basketball Team
Select any image to change to
Crop a Picture
On the Format Ribbon, Size Group, click the Crop Button
Experiment with the cropping a picture

Insert a Chart
In the Content Placeholder, click the icon for a chart
Select Pie, click OK
Accept the default data in the worksheet window and close the window
Change the Chart Style and Type
On the Design Ribbon, change to a different Chart Style
On the Design Ribbon, change to a different Chart Type
Add a Chart Element
Remove the Chart title
With the Chart selected, click the Green + sign to add a chart element
Hover over Chart Title, and select Above Chart
Change the Color of a Chart
On the Design Ribbon, experiment with changing the chart colors

Insert an Action Button
On the Insert Ribbon, Illustrations Group, click the Shapes Button
Under Action Buttons, click the Go Home Button
Drag to draw the button on the slide
Allow the hyperlink to the first slide and click OK
Edit an Action Button Action Setting
Edit the Action Button by right-clicking the button and selecting Edit Hyperlink
Change the hyperlink to slide 2 and click OK

On the Design Ribbon, select a different SmartArt style
Insert New SmartArt
