8 Purpose of RFP Contract with organizations that provide programs and services which respond to the unique needs of Opportunity Youth experiencing significant barriers to education, training, and employment.

11 Eligibility Requirements
Out-of-school and not enrolled or attending a secondary or post-secondary school. Not younger than 16 and under 25 years of age at time of enrollment. Male participants 18 years or older must be registered with Selective Service At least one of the named barriers.

12 Responsibilities Deliver innovative, high-quality, and results-based employment services Funding Compliance Data Collection and Outcomes Quality Assurance Community of Practice Insurance

13 Contract & Funding WIOA & Philanthropic funds
Minimum of $1,500,000 for 12 month period July 1, 2018-June 30, 2019 Option to extend for up to 2 years through June 30, 2021 Provider must be able to deliver services beginning July 1, 2018

Must follow the outline and formatting requirements Must include all section and sub-section headings exactly as they appear in the RFP Must include all proposal details within maximum page limits for each section
