Govt led by the elite, or privileged upper class

5. Oligarchy
Form of govt where all power is held by few ppl or by dominant class or clique

6. Monarchy Absolute Limited (Constitutional)
King/queen has complete control of country/empire
England before the Magna Carta
Limited (Constitutional)
King/queen do not have complete control
Great Britain has this today

7. Dictatorship Govt led by absolute ruler - dictator
One person has power

8. Totalitarianism Govt led by a group/party that has complete power
Today: Cuba and North Korea

9. Communism Govt w/ classless society
All property/means of production owned by govt

10. Democracy Govt where the supreme power is with the people
