8. Membership Engagement
Emphasis on organizing workshops / seminars/ interactions on relevant issues will help in keeping existing members engaged & addition of new members
Sensitizing members & non members on services/ benefits offered by FIEO and Indian trade portal by organising joint seminar’s or sessions with other trade association(s) or chamber(s) and inviting their key members to attend our sessions.
Making new members with the support from Jt. DGFT.
A FIEO Ludhiana sub committee has also been formed to address issues of members related to export & to promote FIEO and its benefits in our region.

9. SUGGESTIONS
FIEO branded stationary (i.e. Notepads, pens , pencils , folders tent cards, name boards etc) to be distributing or used during workshops / interaction / seminars conducted by Chapters to promote FIEO brand in their respective regions.
FIEO branded mementos/ trophies to be presented to session Chief Guests(s), Speaker(s) or Panellist(s), instead of presenting bouquets, as later on most of the mementos will be carried home or to office by the guests and will be placed on their tables, so as to get accolades from visitors or guests, this will help in promoting FIEO.
A dossier/ booklet of all the FIEO offered services & benefits should be made, which will be presented to potential members (along with membership form) during our meetings or sessions. Anyone who have gone through the such a dossier will surely apply for FIEO membership.
To a newly joined member a kit/ set of booklets (like FIEO benefit dossier, booklet of all GoI’s FTA’s, Govt offered export oriented schemes facilitated by FIEO) should be given, this will help a newly joined member in a better understanding of FIEO and its benefits.
