This floor could be a mix of single-pod and duo-pod (seen below) arrangements, or even some of the group-friendly pod arrangements from the first floor.
We could also have some of the booth set-ups freestanding out on the floor as well in place of some of the pods.

An arrangement like this could be installed along existing walls in the Library where power already exists or could easily be dropped from the ceiling.
