2. Individual Timetables
Check personal details
Read the timetable/instructions carefully – ask Mrs Dennis if unsure
These are the subjects you have been entered for- check they are as you expect
Check the times- particularly am and pm
Clashes – check blue sheet. See Mrs Dennis if you have any queries
Access arrangements students – timetable with room details on to follow

3. GCSE Information Booklet - lots of useful information
- equipment/clear pencil case or container
- water only (remove label)
- What to do if you are ill
- book return and results day

Revision Planner

4. Venue: Sports Hall
Times: am – 9.15am start pm – 1.15pm start
Be outside the hall at least 15 mins before start time
Mobile phones/Ipods/Smartwatches into either student reception
Coats/bags are not allowed in the exam hall
Seating plans on notice boards in the Sports Hall
Wait to be called into the hall
Late to college – go straight to the Sports Hall/exam room. Speak to an invigilator.

5. Remember:
You will need a black pen(s) for every exam
Exam instructions are written on the Question paper and include
the exam board
the unit code number
the title of the exam
the date
Answer booklets – exam boards have different styles, remember to complete all of the information required (use the Question paper for reference)
