5. Concept Direct school-to-school program
Small group: students and two teacher- chaperones
Each participating SHS student paired with one Spanish student- same pairing for both legs of the exchange

Selection by committee: teacher recommendations, interviews, housing requirements; maturity level, language ability, potential

First deposit will occur after we select our group
