5 Encourage one another and build each other up.
1 Thessalonians 5:11 No foul language is to come from your mouth, but only what is good for building up someone in need, so that it gives grace to those who hear. Ephesians 4:29 I am pleased to have Stephanas, Fortunatus, and Achaicus present, because these men have made up for your absence. For they have refreshed my spirit and yours. Therefore recognize such people. 1Corinthians 16:17-18

let us continually offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, that is, the fruit of our lips that confess His Name. Hebrews 13:15

9 Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vines; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, YET I will rejoice in the Lord! 10 ALWAYS be joyful (1 Thessalonians 5:16).
Pray CONSTANTLY (1 Thessalonians 5:17). ALWAYS be thankful (1 Thessalonians 5:18). Praise God CONTINUALLY (Hebrews 13:15).
