Insurance School trip insurance through the Local Authority provides fully comprehensive cover for all involved on the trip Children will need to take an EHIC (replaced E111) form with them – apply 3 months prior to visit FOC via NHS website link

Group passports All UK born children on a collective passport obtained for the trip Eliminates the need for the children to own and carry their own passport Further information on this later – will need a passport photo of each child Children born outside the UK usually have to travel on their own passport Visa waiver form for students with non UK or EU passport will be applied for by the school

How to book 45 places are available
Will be done on a first come first served basis with £50 deposit (Parents must pay £150 deposit by end of September to fully secure the place) Y5 parents to be advised by once the trip becomes available on ParentPay tomorrow Must pay the instalments Parents of twins and children who qualify for pupil premium to speak to Mrs Matthews ASAP if they wish their children to attend but pay deposit in the mean time
