11/16/2018 Authorized Requestor Roles Update Authorized Requestor (AR) access is not always clear. For example, an AR that has CSMA access, by default also has access to request CVR changes (we have not had the ability to assign and track these separately) With new tools we are looking at tracking access in a way that you will be able to be more selective in the roles assigned to an AR Role assignment would be CVR, User Security and CSMA Requests would be made through the AR Self-Service forms

11/16/2018 Authorized Requestor Roles Update What’s next Client Services will provide you with a list of current AR access in your Tub/Dept You will have the opportunity to update the access to include all roles or individual role access Client Services will create a new form in AR Self-Service that will include these changes

CREW Responsibility Removal
11/16/2018 CREW Responsibility Removal All Oracle users who do not have the HDW^ADHOC^REPORTING responsibility will have their remaining HDW^ responsibilities removed on 5/11/18 Since CREW is already decommissioned, these roles do not currently grant any access outside of ADHOC reporting We will not be sending a list of these users to the ARs for sign off since these responsibilities no longer grant any access

CREW Responsibility Removal – ADHOC Users
11/16/2018 CREW Responsibility Removal – ADHOC Users HDW^ADHOC^REPORTING users who have never used their responsibility will have this access removed on 5/11/18 HDW^ADHOC^REPORTING users who have not logged in at all this fiscal year will have this access removed on 5/11/18 Users who have logged into the database but do not have ad-hoc responsibility need to be granted the HDW^ADHOC^REPORTING responsibility by 6/1/18 or they will no longer be able to access the HDW tables. Client Services will provide each tub with a list of these users following this meeting.

11/16/2018 AR Self-Service Forms There are 12 AR Self-Service Forms in the IT Help Service Catalog Some of you have provided the following feedback: CVR forms to include CVR name in s sent back when ticket is closed New temp users not showing up in the form When a request is submitted and the requests just spins and never submits Additional feedback???? We will work with ITSM on this feedback to improve the forms but want to encourage you to use the new forms In the near future we will only accept requests from these forms

11/16/2018 Miscellaneous Updates Reminders Web Reimbursement decommission has been completed PWC will be performing the annual audit in June. Please be prepared if you are called upon to provide backup from the 2017 YAR CSRequest account cannot accept Accellion files 1x1 training and refreshers are available to all, Contact Client Services at to request a 1x1 training
