Participants will read or listen to the Student Code of Conduct purpose.
Participants will identify the categories of TCC’s prohibited student conduct.
Participants will practice the concern/complaint procedure.
Participants will describe the student code of conduct investigations process.

Academic Misconduct
Disorderly Conduct
Forgery, Falsification, Theft
Failure to comply with information technology policies
Safety risk/damage to the college
Personal safety
Sexual misconduct
Misuse of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, gambling

5. Faculty Role:
Respond to disruptive behaviors and manage minor disruptive behaviors (excessive talking, inappropriate use of cell phone, et.)
Keep documentation if you see a pattern developing
Contact your department chair when your attempts to manage the behaviors are not successful or when the behavior escalates or is out of control
Contact my office (Student Judicial Affairs & Wellness) at to determine if a formal complaint should be filed
