2. Democracy
This government is best described as controlled by the rule of the people who make their wishes known by choosing representation with their votes. This is our government in the United States.

3. Constitutional Monarchy
This government is best described as a government that is ruled by a head of state, put in place by birth, who only has official duties and unofficial power. The real power rests with a body of legislators who have been put in place by the people and headed by a prime minister.

4. Monarchy Saudi Arabia has been ruled by one family since 1744.
Even though Saudi Arabia is an absolute monarchy, according to the Basic Law of Saudi Arabia adopted by royal decree in 1992, the king must comply with Sharia (Islamic law) and the Quran.

This government is best described as controlled by ONE person using military force to impose their will on the people. People obey the government out of fear...Found these days in North Korea. But there still are other dictators around the world.

6. Communism
This government is best described as a government where many decisions are made by the government for the people. There is no form of voting and the government controls many aspects of the people’s lives and sensors the media. Today this government is found in China.
