Agricultural sector, the main requests from the users are: the observation on precipitation, air temperature that have been in the last years and also the seasonal forecast up from 3 to 6 months. 2. Potential partners in service deliver The need to set up a consultation mechanism with current users and relevant institutions. 3. NMHS requirements for RCC and RCC response Investigate data availability within RCC data sets to cover the need for data from neighboring countries. From RCC node for data: - investigate availability of station data from neighboring countries; - investigate suitability of the RCC (gridded) data sets for the end users; - Sign-up to the seasonal forecast bulletins from RCC node prediction (Meteo France); investigate availability of similar service from the other RCC prediction node (Roshydromet); - Ask Meteo France for: - the integrated view over Balkans vision of the seasonal forecast for the next 6 months(air temperature, precipitation, etc); - the downscaled seasonal forecast from the available systems; - Request trainings to use products from the seasonal forecast (consider language issue, seek help from NEACC). 4. NMHS/RCC requirements for other entities Investigate information from the DMCSEE; training on climate projections for more than one person, e.g. summer schools; Investigate collaboration opportunities with SEEVCCC to receive downscaled information for Moldova incl. training. 5. NMHS/RCC requirements from CST At a later stage: downscaling/tailoring tools for LRF and projections; ECA/D; CDMS. 6. Elements of an action plan for next 12 months Consultation process at home, provision of request for assistance after three months.
