Music has accessioned 87,940 items since ReCAP opened in 2002 This accounts for 2.36% of CUL’s total holdings at ReCAP (3.72 million)

6 Retrievals Total retrievals have typically increased every year and fluctuate monthly in phase with the academic calendar Total deliveries of off-site Music collections to CUL departments: FY10 : 1,966 FY09 : 2,086 FY08 : 1,689 TOTAL (through Oct. 2010) : 13,425 Retrieval Rate : 1.67%

7 More Request Stats 80.0% of Music Library collections are delivered to Music Circulation 20.0% delivered to other circulation desks or ILL: Butler : 8.20% ILL : 5.82% All others : 4.04% 98.13% of requests for Music Library collections are physical delivery; only 1.87% are EDD
