5 Methods for Cloud Access
Image Import, or Bring Your Own Subscription (BYOS) Method for all CCSPs (including AWS, Azure and GCP) After completing a registration for Cloud Access BYOS, customer imports their own image Use cases for BYOS Customer has only one image, needs to conform to their infosec requirements Customer wants to use Satellite to manage updates consistently across their data centers and public clouds Customers want to use the same image across multiple clouds

6 How Does It Work for End Customers?
Customer reviews eligibility requirements at Customer completes self-service web form by clicking Enroll Now on each product page. Customer must have adequate number of unused, eligible subscriptions to move to a CCSP that is enabled for Cloud Access. Red Hat subscription terms and ownership remain between Red Hat and the customer. Customer is responsible to the CCSP for any cloud services they use on the its cloud service.

7 Updating Cloud Access Images
With BYOS, the customer is responsible for updating their own images Satellite Customer Portal With Gold Image on AWS, updates are provided using Red Hat Update Infrastructure in each AWS Region. Red Hat product life cycle is fully supported while using an image on a CCSP

8 Confirmed Stateside Support
(CSS)

9 What is Confirmed Stateside Support (CSS)
Red Hat Stateside Support offering will provide US-citizen-on-US-soil technical support for security-conscious customers. In addition, this offering is required for customers to move to AWS GovCloud and maintain the level of support they have come accustomed to from Red Hat.
