STEP1: Go to WEDSITE: www.adpay.co.za STEP2 Click on USER LOGIN to go to Internet Banking Follow the Link ACTIVATE YOUR CARD Note : You need to have your card PIN number before you proceed further. EG : the number you use when at the ATM There is Further Information Regarding FEES ETC. Which May be of Interest

3. After Clicking on the USERLOGIN You will automatically be taken to the ADVANTAGE LOG IN SCREEN. For the first time log in You need to REGISTER FIRST ! Please follow the Link If you have already REGISTERED as a user you will than Log in entering all your PRE -allocated information that you got From the system when you performed the registration process

4. By Clicking on REGISTER you will be taken to the FIRST PART OF THE REGISTRATION PROCESS PLEASE HAVE YOUR CARD NUMBER READY Please enter your card number and click on CONTINUE This is the 16 digit card number on the front – this starts with 53116203................ Please insure that you have typed in all 16 digits IF YOU RECIVE AN ERROR AS CARD NUMBER DOES NOT EXISIT PLEASE CONTACT THE CALL CENTER Possible problems

5. The second stage of the LOG in will ask you to verify some personal Information !! – Please complete carefully Please insert the ID number of the user – This is the id number entered on The declaration form that was completed on acceptance of the card. Should the ID number not be accepted this could mean that the id number Allocated on the system may have been loaded incorrectly. Please contact the call centre. Please note the call centre will not Change the ID number for security reasons however, they will lodge the inquiry with head office. Possible problems

6. You will now be taken to the next stage where you need to Develop your own unique log in information NOTE: THIS MUST BE COMPLEATED BY THE CARD HOLDER AS THIS IS CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION You will notice that the users name is highlighted Which is the one that is allocated on the system Please enter the following information User name – This must be at least 6 digits long Password - This must be at least 6 digits long BOTH ARE CASE SENSITIVE AND REMEMBER THEM YOU WILL NEED THEM LATER!!!!

7. This is the final stage of the REGISTRATION PROCESS Once the above message is received. You will need to send an SMS from the Cell phone number registered to the card. THE SMS MUST BE SENT TO 31571 The message must read PIN 1254 Please note that There is a space Between PIN and the Last 4 digits of the CARD number Please note that the Number after pin is the Last 4 digits found on the front of the card PLEASE WAIT UP TO 5 MIN FOR THE SMS TO BE RETURNED FROM THE SYSTEM

8. You will now go back to the original log in screen... You may go in Again from www.adpay.co.za and follow the links to get to the log on screenwww.adpay.co.za Please enter the information that you entered in in the Registration process PLEASE REMEMBER User name – THE 6 CHARACTORS YOU ENTERED Password – THE 6 CHARACTORS YOU ENTERED PIN ==== THIS YOU RECIVED VIA SMS FROM THE SYSTEM TO LOG IN CLICK LOG IN
