No density limits in most planning areas Accessory dwelling units allowed Detached single family building type not permitted in certain planning areas

9 Other solutions Smaller lots required in village infill (20% of lots must be no greater than 32 feet or less than 18 feet in width) Mixture of housing types and lot sizes required in Neighborhood General planning area (no more than 70% shall be detached and no more than 50% shall be attached, townhome, live work or MF)
