Gage Blvd is currently concrete pavement with joints
Repair Joints, Limited Full Depth Replacement
Overlay concrete with Asphalt for much smoother ride
Limited sidewalk replacement
Replace majority of sidewalk ramps
Limited curb and gutter replacement

One lane each direction in existing southbound lanes
