3 Yahweh Foresees His Servant’s Global Exaltation through Substitutionary Suffering (52:13–15)
The declaration of his exaltation (52:13) He will act “wisely.” Isa 11:2. And the Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD.

4 What does it mean that he will be “high and lifted up”?
What are the two options? His crucifixion. John 3:14–15. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in him may have eternal life. His enthronement. Phil 2:8–9. He humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. 9 Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name. How do we decide? See Isa 6:1 and 57:15
