42 Dehydration can cause light-headedness and dizziness, so we have to remember to drink plenty of this especially when exercising or outside on a hot day.

Eleanor M. Savko 11/15/2018 What are Glasses and or hearing aides? After the age of 50 we should have a vision check once a year. Also, remember when you get a new prescription it takes a while to adjust, so be extra careful for the first week or so.

52 It is a good idea to have these in the bathroom because it makes it
easier to get up.

Grab bars can also be helpful in the bathroom.

55 These items which are commonly found in homes should be “thrown” out as they can cause falls.

56 What are Throw Rugs ? If you must keep them use double-sided carpet tape to make sure they are firmly attached to the floor.
