Scrub Tops and Scrub Pants (Steel Grey) Layered Shirt Colors (CHI Health Brand Colors) Shoes Unit Based Shirts and Awareness Days 9:04-9:14 Say: Scrub Tops and Scrub Pants Designated scrub color for CHI Health Clinics and TPN is Steel Grey A black or steel gray warm up jacket may be worn It is highly recommended scrub tops and pants are from the same vendor and are of the same color Outer layer must be scrub top, jacket, or approved unit shirt CHI Health logo is not required on scrub tops, but highly encouraged Layering Shirt Colors White, Grey, Black, or any of the branded colors Must be solid, no patterns. No thermal or flannel allowed Shoes: White, black, or gray tennis shoes or clogs Tennis Shoes may have minimal accent colors Unit Based Shirts & Awareness Days: Team members will be allowed to wear specially designed shirts, under their scrub top or jacket, under the following guidelines: May only be worn on Fridays or holidays Team members are responsible for the purchase of approved shirts Graphics Source: Google Images

Patient Facing: Pants Tops Shoes Non-Patient Facing: Employees must follow the CHI Health Professional Dress Code 9:04-9:14 Business Casual: Clinics & TPN For Patient Facing Team Members Pants Black dress slacks or skirt/dress Tops Must wear CHI approved tops (polos or dress shirts) purchased from Bergman Incentives in the branded colors May wear cardigan in the branded colors or black No logo t-shirts allowed, including CHI Health Shoes Shoes will be well maintained, clean, polished, and appropriate to the workplace Open-toe shoes are allowed unless area is restricted due to regulatory compliance No flip-flops For Non-Patient Facing Team Members Team members must follow the CHI Health Professional Dress Code Ask: What questions do you have about either men’s or women’s business casual? Say: Excellence is determined by many things. A professional appearance helps our co- workers, patients and families have confidence in our ability to provide excellent care.
