The Periodic Table of Elements is one of the most important tools for a scientist, especially a chemist. It is a classification system – a way of organizing vast amounts of information. We are going to put together a packet that will break down the different parts of the Periodic Table and make it easier to understand and use.
You don’t need to memorize the table.
You just need to know how to use it.

Using the class room Physics Textbook you will create notes using the template we provided
Chapter 4 – Section 2 “Organizing the Elements”
These notes will become part of your packet
These will be important if you want to do well on your test
