I-Team charged to assess current Northeastern University research administration processes and functions and recommend improvement solutions
Team investigated options, and for college grant administrators, chose to survey
ATS recommended a tool: Poll Everywhere to administer a live poll to gather and display immediate results from the group
I-Team developed content
ATS trained on how to create the poll, and link to a PowerPoint slide deck
On day of poll, ATS assisted users in setup; after poll, ATS assisted in report generation
