7. HOW DO WE DO IT? TIME/ENERGY! TIME/ENERGY! Much of what the PTA does is a matter of parents putting in time and energy. Organizing, volunteering, making phone calls, sending letters. FUNDRAISING FUNDRAISING Some of what we do requires money: Ongoing Fundraising – Sally Foster, Ink Cartridge Recycling, Giant Eagle, Holiday Gift Shop, Bingo Unique Fundraising –Holiday Portraits, Personal Chef New Fundraising – Annual Campaign and Alumni Campaign

We depend on parents to get involved – it builds community, it sparks and supports friendships, and helps provide both the foundation and the uniqueness that make us Falk School! Attend the General PTA meetings Become a room parent, a library volunteer, or help at any of the year-round events Join the PTA Executive Committee – call Pam Greenhouse (412-422-2613 or greenhousepk@upmc.edu) to apprentice in a role this year or to jump right into a role next year! greenhousepk@upmc.edu
