1 Infection Prevention and you.
This training needs to be completed on the National Skills Academy (NSA) Health E-learning platform (previously named Skills for Health e-learning), where you will be required to register with an account (if you do not have one already), you will then be able to sign into the website and undertake the training. The following Slides will show you how to create an account or how retrieve your password or details with the National Skills Academy . Please Note: If you have a Skills for Health username and password please use these details.

2 Log in using your username and password (if you already have an account)
You can also contact the NSA Telephone: for further assistance with access or click the forgotten username or password *Not for IT related problems

3 Click here to create a new account

4 Complete those areas highlighted in red

5 Select East of England, this will open a new “drop down” menu
Scroll down the menu to SEPT and select your appropriate role

6 Click create new account, you will then receive a confirmation e mail to say that your account is live and you will be able to log in. Please Note: you only need to do this the first time you use the website. Once you have signed into the website select the Infection prevention Course from the list of courses offered and click start course this will launch the course At the end of the course there is an assessment which you are requested to complete. When you have done so you can close the webpage by clicking on the red cross in the right hand corner, this will then take you back to OLM

7 Within OLM there is a small test that you must complete in order to evidence that you have undertaken the training, only then will your record be updated You must then click on the “Home” icon in the top right hand corner, this will then take you back to your learning content page. Please note
