Science content will be linked to the Science and Engineering Practices. Too often content has been taught in isolation or is fragmented.
Performance indicators describe outcomes – what students should be able to do to demonstrate knowledge and understanding.
Science is a body of knowledge and the process by which that knowledge was obtained.
You can’t learn science content without doing the process of science.
