Templates Manager for SharePoint solves two common problems: Searching among different kinds of document templates to find the right one can be both time consuming and frustrating. Admins have no good way to distribute templates to the whole SharePoint farm or tenant. Templates Manager makes it possible to distribute Office templates to the whole organization by just clicking on a button, and the Instant Search and the categorization make it easy for users to quickly find the template they need. Templates Manager Client lets users work in their desktop Office applications with templates fetched from SharePoint. Welcome to the show! The templates are displayed either when you click on the ‘Select Template’ button or when you click on the ‘New’ button, depending on how the User features are added to the site. Instant search of templates Filter templates by document type Hover the mouse over a template to see its description Templates Manager works with all editions of SharePoint 2010 and above.

5 Templates Manager User ‒ work in the browser
The template has been copied to the document library, and the Properties dialog will open. Now you can directly give the document a proper name and title. Start working with the document with the correct formatting, metadata and everything else that is pre-defined in the template. Templates Manager works with all editions of SharePoint 2010 and above.
