We use water for drinking
We use water for gardening
We use water for washing cars and dishes

3. Water Cycle We get energy from falling water –reservoirs Through pipes
Pump out of the ground
Turbines make energy from water

4. Community impact
Hydroelectric power uses the kinetic energy of moving water
Hydroelectricity reservoirs destroy wildlife habitat
The dams also damage freshwater ecosystems by blocking the movement of fish and other organisms

5. Community Animals use water to wash themselves off, same as humans do
Everybody drinks water
When communities use water for electricity from the reservoirs it destroys habitats and when they build the dams it pollutes the air
