1. Online Enrollment Employee login available 24/7
First Time Users will register the first time they access the account. ***If you have already registered with WageWorks in the past, skip to Page 10 for 2019 enrollment instructions***

2. Register Once / Login 24/7
The first time you login to the site, you will need to confirm data we have in our system to confirm your identity.

4. Accept User Agreement
Employee must scroll down to the bottom of the Agreement, and select “I Accept the User Agreement” to continue

5. Enter Reimbursement Method

6. Select Communication Preferences
Employee has to select an option for each category to continue.

7. Save Preferences
Note: If Employee selects Text as communication preference; then mobile number is required; otherwise it will allow this field to remain blank

8. Confirmation Box
Employee has to check each box to and click on Agree to continue

9. Select User name and Password
Employee must select unique user name

10. Confirmation Page
Employee has the option to review options, and go back to change any selections before completing registration

12. Open Enrollment Options
This Employee is eligible for :
Health Care FSA
Dependent Care FSA

13. Open Enrollment Election
The Employee can enter
Election up to the Max Amount
# of pay periods
For FSA - there is a radio button for HSA compatible option if Employee selected
Estimated Tax Savings calculates automatically
Per Pay Period calculates automatically
Employee must click on “Enroll” to save the elections

14. Open Enrollment Elections
Once Elections are Saved, they will show on the Dashboard as Current Programs For more details on each program; click with in the light blue box
