10 Trends of intellectual migration from Ukraine for 2018
The equations obtained show the average value of the number of people who migrate. y = 7,7143 x + 59,429 - the average value of increase in the number of doctors of sciences who migrate is 7.7. y = 1.75 x the average value of the increase in the number of candidates of sciences who migrate is 1.75. The results of the forecasting show, however, that under unchanged economic, political, social and other conditions, during 2018, Ukraine will lose 136 candidates of science (an average of 7-8 people per year) and 26 doctors of science (an average of 2 people per year).

11 The situation of international labour migration in Ukraine reflects common and typical main reasons for most states, associated primarily with high levels of unemployment and low wages. Specific national characteristics of labour migrations in Ukraine is explained not only economic, but also political, both positive (the signing of the Association Agreement with the EU) and negative processes caused by the annexation of the Crimea, military events in the East of the country, at the same time intensify the motives of the population to migrate to other countries. The policy of returning of labour migrants to Ukraine can be effectively implemented only after the normalization of the situation in the state. A key element of the relevant measures should be the promotion of entrepreneurial activities of return migrants.
