2 An Introduction to Vinco
Since it was established in 2014 the Group has built on local expertise to locate suitable sites for development. Vinco is a modern dynamic Developer and project management company that uses all the advances in construction technology to create effective development solutions and our main drive is to identify a potential development site and bring it through the stages to a turn key solution. The company currently manages the planning and construction of all of our projects – from student accommodation and private apartment blocks to low-rise housing, in addition to this we have recently entered into the over 55’s + sector.

3 Working with our Investors
Working with investors we source white canvas sites and in turn work with our professional team to design cost effective projects with a view to delivering the planning permission via the local planning authority, at which point gives our investors a return on their capital investment. This successful investment cycle has enabled the Group to build confidence with landowners and their agents, investors and family fund managers. All of our projects are designed to deliver optimum results whether that’s; An increase in value on paper through planning a sound project. A solid rental value of completed developments. An appreciation in value on completion.

A modern refurbishment for luxurious residential living in the heart of Bolton in Greater Manchester. 68 studios and 1-bed apartments that attracted investors due to their close proximity to both Manchester and Bolton Town Centres. 16 Meet the team.. Tony Kenny CEO Christopher Boles, BSC (HONS), MAPM
Tony Kenny is the founder and CEO of the Vinco Group. It was established in 2014 and has since experienced exponential growth. The company is now recognised as a leading real estate developer in the North West of England. Tony is very much hands-on regards to the company and securing projects – whilst relying on his team to deliver. Christopher Boles, BSC (HONS), MAPM Senior Projects Manager Christopher Boles has over 20 Years experience in management of construction projects. He is a qualified Project Manager and has held senior management roles in companies engaged in residential & mixed use, commercial, industrial , refurbishment, health/educational PFI and heritage projects. He has responsibility for all pre-contract to completion phases for projects with in the group. Tom Hopkins, FCIH Business Development Manager Tom Hopkins is a qualified social housing professional with almost 40 years’ experience working with and for Registered Providers, Charitable Trusts and Social Enterprises throughout the UK and Ireland. His primary role is to develop long term, sustainable and profitable partnerships between Vinco Homes and public sector organizations throughout the UK and Ireland.

Richard Leo works exclusively on joint venture projects and is responsible for driving them to completion – on time and within budget. He has almost 20 years’ senior management experience in infrastructure, real estate construction and development having worked in the UK, Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and Australia. Maria Akhtar Head of Administration Maria Akhtar is the lynch pin of the organisation, in charge of the administration and back office systems on which everyone relies. From invoicing and accounting to tracking appraisals and projects, she also makes sure our electronic filing systems keep everything in the right place at the right time in our very busy office. Adam Stocks Business Development officer Adam is key to sourcing development opportunities and focuses solely on finding future potential sites for the group.
