A disorder in which real or imagined threats prevent a person from enjoying life General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) A chronic or long-lasting state of anxiety, fear, and tenseness Obsessive Compulsive Disorder A disorder in which a person has persistent, unwelcome thoughts or images and engages in certain rituals

Resistance Second stage – body attempts to regain internal balance 3. Exhaustion Third stage – wear and tear on the body
