Is the RUN Mobile app available to ADP clients around the world?
No. At the time of launch, the RUN Mobile app offering is only available to ADP clients who operate in the United States and meet certain eligibility requirements. However, we hope to make this value added service offering available beyond the U.S. in the near future.

Why should ADP clients feel confident that sensitive information displayed through the RUN Mobile app will remain safe and secure?
ADP implemented a multi-layered security approach to protect client and employee data. Network and Security engineers at ADP utilize current technology and consult with industry experts for the security design of the ADP Mobile infrastructure. This protects client and employee data against access from unauthorized users, whether they are technical hackers, unethical third parties, or internal company users.
The RUN Mobile app uses the same high level security infrastructure as Web-based ADP products. While no one can guarantee complete security with the Internet, ADP has invested in security solutions that cover multiple areas.

What are some of the security features of RUN Mobile?
The security of the iPhone app should be considered the same as for the RUN web application.  Below are some specifics:
Users control and manage device registrations
Private information is not stored on the device
Account number information is never transmitted
All communications are protected by encryption
Login sessions time out from inactivity
Account is locked out with excessive login failures
