General Information Major Programs Aircraft: F-35, F/A-18, V-22, P-8A, P-3, E-2, KC-130, CH-53, VXX, H-1 etc. Weapons: Tomahawk, Sidewinder AIM-9X, Joint Standoff Weapon, High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missile, etc. Remotely Piloted Vehicles: BAMS, VTUAV, STUAS, etc. Other Systems: EMALS, CASS, ALRE, trainers, etc. Point of Contact: NAVAIR MPP Manager; Submission Dates: 90 days prior to Navy’s three deadlines: 31 Mar; 31 Jul; 30 Nov Participant Status: 2 active Agreements; both reimbursable Protégé Industry Protégé Certifications 100% manufacturing SDVOSB Expectations & Requirements Primary Focus of Products & Services Agreements must enhance industry’s capability to meet Navy and DoD mission – products for the warfighter Close coordination with NAVAIR Program Office required Agreements added to an existing NAVAIR contract Contract modification negotiated before Agreement submitted Follow DFARS PGI and Navy MPP Procedure Manual (Jan 2013) Deliverables: Monthly Expenditure Reports Semi-Annual Status Reports & Program Mgt Review Annual DCMA Audit & 2 years of Protégé follow up NAVAIR Mission: Sailors and Marines armed with confidence because we develop, deliver, and sustain Aircraft, Weapons, and Systems on time, on cost, with proven capability and reliability so they succeed in every mission and return safely home NAVAIR Office of Small Business Programs Mission: Enabling the Warfighter with creative solutions brought to them through small business We value our dependable industrial base that executes sound systems engineering processes, controls costs, and delivers on schedule.
