Fear, anxiety and panic results in social instability Population dramatically decreased, including the elite groups of society Political turmoil, economic recession and social development stagnated or went down Impact on the outcome of wars Enhance the development of public health and medical sciences

From Zhou and Qin ( BC) to Ming and Qing Dynasty ( ) the Chinese population fluctuated from 10 to 60 million, it did not reach 100 million till Qianlong Reign ( )of Qing Dynasty Apart from war and famine the most influential factors for population is the disease epidemics

5 Ebola Virus Disease (Ebola Hemorrhagic Fever)
The total number of confirmed, probable, and suspected cases of Ebola hemohrrage fever (EVHF)reported up to the end of 5 October 2014 is 8033 with 3865 deaths,(Dec ,Mar ) . Countries affected are Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Senegal, and the United States of America. Ebola Deals Economic Blow  The World Bank Group warns that the West Africa Ebola crisis could deal a huge economic blow to Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone unless swift action is taken .
